Post-doctoral research fellow at the Università “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti–Pescara, Italy.

I work on brain–body coupling during meditation, with a focus on how respiratory rhythms interact with neural oscillations. My broader research interests span interoception, altered states of consciousness, and mental health. My methodological toolkit spans EEG, ECG, EDA, and respiration signal analysis.
