Post-doctoral research fellow at the Università “G. d’Annunzio” Chieti–Pescara, Italy.

I work on brain–body coupling during meditation, with a focus on how respiratory rhythms interact with neural oscillations. My broader research interests span interoception/meditation, altered states of consciousness, and mental health. My methodological toolkit spans EEG, ECG, EDA, and respiration signal analysis.
